Veterinary preparation on the basis of colloidal silver for the treatment
of obstetric and gynecological diseases in livestock and wound surfaces
  • Prevention and treatment of endometritis in cattle
  • Prevention and treatment of subclinical mastitis in cattle
  • prevention and treatment of otorhinolaryngological organs' diseases in domestic animals
  • Prevention and treatment of eye diseases in domestic animals
  • Prevention and treatment of diseases of the oral cavity in domestic animals
  • Treatment of wound surfaces of animals, including postoperative wounds
Veterinary preparation Argumistin was specially created to prevent and effectively cure obstetrical and gynecological diseases of cattle, to treat a wide range of domestic animals' diseases and to heal wounds.

Silvetmistin includes a fundamentally new active ingredient – silver nanoparticles chemically modified with miramistin molecules.

The preparation has a pronounced antibacterial, immunomodulating, wound-healing and anti-inflammatory effect.

Due to its high therapeutic efficiency, Silvetmistin is superior to many of the modern antiseptics (according to the results of clinical trials).
Advantages and positive effects:
  • Allows the use of meat and dairy products without restrictions due to the absence of antibiotics in the composition
  • Guarantees more efficient insemination
  • Ensures active regeneration of damaged skin and mucous membranes
  • None-irritanting when applied to mucous membranes and wound surfaces
  • The components do not cause resistance in pathogens
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
100 µg of benzyldimethyl[3- (miristoilamino)propyl]-ammonium monohydrate, 50 µg of colloidal silver
FORMULATION:
Solution for topical, external, intrauterine and intracistrical administration
HAZARD CLASS:
4th hazard class
(low hazardous)
SHELF LIFE:
2 years
Mechanism of action:
The antibacterial effect of the preparation is based on the synergistic interaction of colloidal silver particles and miramistin molecules. Silver nanoparticles are fixed and retained on the walls of pathogenic cells. In the process of oxidation, silver particles release for a long time silver ions, which disrupt the transport proteins of the pathogenic cell, leading to its death. Due to the selective fixation of particles around the cell walls of pathogens, the preparation is maximum effective against the pathogenic cells without affecting the tissues of the animal's body. Gradual oxidation of silver particles provides a prolonged action of Silvetmistin. Miramistin, containing in Silvetmistin, enhances the effect of silver and has an independent antibacterial effect.
